LA Audio DI2, Active DI Box

The Di2 is a single channel Active DI housed in a tough extruded aluminium case, which may be powered from Phantom Power, or by two internal PP3 batteries. Low power consumption circuitry extends battery life up to 300 hours. Unintentional battery drain is avoided through use of automatic Phantom Power detection and automatic power shut-off on disconnection of the input signal.

The Di2 provides an input link facility, balanced and unbalanced outputs, switchable input and output levels and Ground Lift switch. An LED indicates the unit is powered.

The DI2's active circuitry gives a signal of exceptional clarity, and the balanced output is capable of driving long cable runs, found in larger venues, without level loss.
